DataBull Self-hosted is a digital product delivered the moment you pay: your license key appears on screen and in your email, and with it you can download the complete product (the full built application, not a trial) and install it on your own Cloudflare account. Because it can't be returned once delivered, we don't offer refunds, including for change of mind or unused licenses.
Bought a code on AppSumo? AppSumo handles refunds for those purchases under its own terms, so contact AppSumo. A refunded code may be disabled.
DataBull Hosted subscriptions
You can cancel anytime from the billing page; the subscription then stops at the end of the month you've paid for, and you keep your dashboard until then. We don't refund the current month, or part of it. Charged after you cancelled, or charged twice? Email us and it's put right.
Before you buy

- Read the docs: how installation works, what fits on Cloudflare's free plan, and the payment providers we support.
- Ask us anything at hello@ownlytics.xyz. If DataBull isn't right for you, we'd rather say so before you pay.
Help after you buy
If the installer gives you trouble, email hello@ownlytics.xyz with what you ran and the log file it points to. We'll help until it's running.
EU and UK buyers
At checkout you agree that delivery of the license key and download starts immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once it does.
If something goes wrong with the payment
Charged twice, or charged without receiving a key? Email hello@ownlytics.xyz with your receipt. Duplicate or failed charges are always put right. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, and any correction is made through them.
